What they are
An hour for you and your guests to enjoy
  - a selection of preselected wines and accompanying cicchetti (small bites) 
  - a guided journey through your chosen wine theme and a tour of our Italian wine collection 
  - exclusive access to the store for private shopping and personalized shopping assistance, including recipe ideas and pairing suggestions.

What you get
1. A private consultation and wine styling (in person or by phone) with Deidra and Lowell to select your theme and wines. You may choose any wines from our inventory of 350+ Italian offerings. 
2. The store to yourself from 4pm-5pm on your selected Saturday.
3. For up to eight people, the opportunity to enjoy up to three wines of your choosing.
4. Cicchetti (small bites) for you and your guests.
5. A discussion of your chosen wines and wine theme, guided by Deidra and Lowell, including information about the winemakers, history, and appellations of the wines. 
6. Personalized shopping assistance for all your wine, cheese and pantry provision needs.

What it costs
$200 plus the retail cost of the chosen wines

The fine print (forgive us, we used to be lawyers)
1. All guests must be 21 years of age or over.
2. Full payment required at the time of reservation.
3. Refunds available only if Italian Cowboy is unavailable to host (i.e., no refunds available for cancellation), but reservations can be transferred to another guest if approved in advance by Italian Cowboy.
4. Maximum consumption of ten ounces of wine per guest (We don’t want folks drinking and driving).
5. You may take unfinished wine home with you in accordance with state law.
6. Please refrain from wearing fragrance, as it will interfere with your and your guests enjoyment of the wines. Italian Cowboy reserves the right to refuse any guest wearing fragrance.
7. Italian Cowboy reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.
