At Italian Cowboy, we believe business is about more than just making money – it’s also an opportunity to make a positive impact on our community, both local and global.

We emphasize sustainability, quality ingredients and natural products prepared without preservatives, artificial color or artificial flavors. We have a wide selection of organic, biodynamic and vegan wines, along with wines from producers that donate proceeds to environmental causes and provide carbon tracking information. We use paper bags rather than plastic to minimize waste and help protect our sensitive coastal ecosystem.

We preserved the original tree canopy on our property while building, minimized impermeable surfaces. We have gardens for native vegetation, pollinators and butterflies.

We make every effort to source products from organizations that share our philosophy on sustainability and corporate responsibility.  All of our products are cruelty-free.

All our house-made hard goods are made from reclaimed wood and other reclaimed materials.
